The Roosevelt Arch is also called the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

The Corner stone of the arch was laid down by the President of the United States, Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt in 1903 - becoming the Roosevelt Arch.

This was the first major entrance to Yellowstone National Park. What can't be seen in this picture is the inscription at the top of the arch that reads, "For the Benefit and the Enjoyment of the People". This is a quote from the Organic Act of 1872... What once was old, is new again.
